Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.  Please email us at service@digitrend.sg, with the subject as Cancellation of Order No. XXXXXX, to cancel an order. Please note a cancellation fee up to 15% of the order value will be applicable.

All refunds against order cancellations, after adjusting the cancellation charges, will be processed via paynow. Same applies if there is any change in order and the differential amount, if any, is to be refunded.
